EzSuite Software
This is a free software from H&H Color and has been created to order ANY product and do it in one order. No splitting orders between regular and metallic for example.
To download EzSuite
Go to the H&H website www.hhcolorlab.com and sign up to be a customer.
If you already have an account number then you can sign into the web site.
Click on upload software, and select the top line if your PC, the second line if your MAC.
This will download the install program to your desktop.
When the install program has downloaded, double click the icon that was placed on your desktop.
This installs the program. When finished launch the program.
When you first open the program it will ask for account number and name. Fill out once.
At the top you will see a link for a drop down menu called Preferences.
There are three lines.
Select the bottom line to select the image sizes you use the most, and any finishing that you want done every time you order that size image.
The other preference choice allows you to set up multiple preferences for print finishing products.
Click on Start an Order
The program auto selects an Order Number, however, you can set this to anything you choose.
It is also defaulted to open images. This will take you to a navigation screen to find the folder of images needed for this order.
If you click on a filename..that image will show on the right hand screen.
select all, (ctrl a), or select random, ctrl click and then say open
Those files selected will open on the right side of the work interface.
From the Left select the product you wish to order. Albums, Soft cover books, Hard cover books,
Cards, Bookmarks, Calendars, Prints,
When selection for Prints is made, the cropping is achieved by a rubber band crop. To change the crop, just grab a corner handle and drag.
Double click to see the crop, in the proportion of the image size being ordered.
When satisfied, check the quantity and then click ADD To Order.
Order all products needed from this customer.
When ready to send, click on the Summary Tab.
Then Finalize the order.
Follow the next pages, the software will create ZIP files to send.
At the page where it asks WHERE you want to store, set the path to your customer's folder.
This way the ZIP files will get archived later with the images. You can then bring those files back into EzSuite and create orders with the same information and cropping as before.
Continuing , the program will auto send the files to the lab, providing you are on line of course.
